GO Orange Digital ("we", "us") is a digital marketing agency based in Blue Area, Islamabad, Pakistan. This policy explains what personal information we collect through goorangedigital.com and in the course of working with clients, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Enquiries you send us. If you contact us by email or through our enquiry form, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, company and message. Enquiry form submissions are delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an email forwarding service. We don’t store them anywhere else.
• Client account data. When a client gives us access to their advertising accounts (for example Google Ads or Meta), we work with campaign settings and performance data on their behalf. Leads collected through client campaigns belong to that client, and we handle them only on the client's instructions.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss working together.
• To deliver the services our clients hire us for, such as setting up, optimising and reporting on advertising campaigns.

We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use it for any purpose unrelated to the reason it was shared with us.

Cookies and third parties

This website doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when you load the page; see Google's privacy policy. The site is hosted on Vercel.

Google Ads API

We use the Google Ads API to manage and report on Google Ads accounts that our clients have linked to our manager account. We access only the accounts clients have authorised, use the data only to manage those clients' campaigns, and never share it with other clients or third parties. Clients can remove our access at any time from their Google Ads account.

Data retention and security

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records. Access to client accounts is limited to our team and protected by account-level security such as two-step verification.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@goorangedigital.com.
